Tumbling is a very important part of competitive cheerleading. The term tumbling is used to describe gymnastic elements such as cartwheel and backhand springs. There are two equally important components of tumbling: standing and running.
We offer a number of ways for all athletes to gain exposure to the tumbling elements of our fun sport. We offer semi-private and private lessons, group tumbling classes as well as special sign-up classes with our fabulous Coaches.
Tumbling Lessons are designed to help the cheerleader who is looking to improve on all aspects of tumbling. Duration of Tumbling classes range from 30-60 minutes. During the class, the cheerleader will receive instruction on proper technique for tumbling. Instructors begin with the basics and move on according to the child’s perfection of the skills.
